摘  要:在推动中国式现代化和外语教育高质量发展的大背景下,高校外语教育正处于转型与发展的关键时期。面对跨学科发展和数字化转型带来的挑战与机遇,高校外语教育及其教师队伍亟需适应时代变革。本文通过分析外语学科发展的历史轨迹,指出高校外语教育为了响应全球化和信息技术的发展需求,应强化跨学科整合,并积极采用现代技术手段来创新教学与研究方法,以培育既具备全球视野又能进行跨文化交流的实战型外语人才。本文还结合案例分析,讨论了高校外语教师在提升个人专业素养、扩展知识领域,以及探索新的教学和研究方向方面的路径,强调了教师在推动外语教育创新和发展中的重要性。Against the backdrop of promoting Chinese-style modernization and the high-quality development of foreign language education,college foreign language education in China is at a critical period of transformation and development.Faced with the challenges and opportunities brought by interdisciplinary development and digital transformation,college foreign language education and its teaching staff urgently need to adapt to the changes of the times.This article analyzes the historical trajectory of the development of foreign language disciplines in China,pointing out that college foreign language education should strengthen interdisciplinary integration in response to the demands of globalization and information technology development,and actively adopt modern technological means to innovate teaching and research methods,in order to cultivate practical foreign language talents who possess a global vision and are capable of cross-cultural communication.Through case analysis,this article also discusses the paths for college foreign language teachers to enhance their professional quality,expand their knowledge areas,and explore new directions in teaching and research,emphasizing the importance of teachers in promoting innovation and development in foreign language education.
