摘  要:目的:了解深圳市儿童食育素养情况,为开展校园食育工作提供科学依据。方法:采用分层整群抽样方法,对深圳市20所幼儿园和80所小学18422名学生开展问卷调查。结果:儿童饮食习惯较好,吃东西前洗手的报告率为88.38%。食品安全认知不平衡,清洗水果和蔬菜正确方法的知晓率最高(90.06%),食品添加剂安全性的知晓率最低(7.87%)。超过60%的儿童知道《中国居民膳食指南》。此外,69.24%的儿童会参与餐前摆桌的家务劳动。不同年龄段儿童在饮食习惯、食品安全认知、营养健康认知和家庭劳动方面的差异均具有统计学意义(p值均<0.05)。结论:深圳市儿童饮食习惯较好,但食品安全认知、营养认知水平仍有待提高,应在校园中定期开展食品安全与营养健康教育干预,以促进儿童健康成长。Objective:To investigate food safety awareness,nutrition and health knowledge and food habits of children in Shenzhen,so as to provide scientific basis for developing targeted food education in campus.Methods:Through stratified cluster random sampling method,a total of 18422 children from 20 kindergartens and 80 primary schools in Shenzhen were invited to participate into a questionnaire survey.Results:Children had good food habits.The rate of children reported frequent handwashing before eating was 88.38%.Food safety awareness varied substantially.Children had the highest rate of awareness on correct method of cleaning fruit and vegetable(90.06%),while had the lowest rate of awareness of safety of food additives(7.87%).Over 60%of children knew The Chinese Dietary Guideline.In addition,69.24%of children were involved in setting the table.Children with different ages showed significant difference in food diets,food safety awareness,nutrition and health knowledge,domestic labor(p<0.05).Conclusion:The majority of children in Shenzhen had good food habits.But food safety awareness,nutrition and health knowledge of them should be improved.Regularly food safety and nutrition education should be developed in campus to help children grow up healthily.
