摘　　要：高校校训精神是一所大学特有的精神品质和价值追求,是高校校园文化建设的重要组成部分,对高校的高质量发展起到重要的推动作用。在新时代背景下,高校校训精神随着时代的发展也发展出新的内涵,刻上了新的时代烙印。该文以江苏卫生健康职业学院为切入点,运用SWOT分析法,进行个案分析,梳理新时代背景下高校校训精神融入校园文化建设的现状,总结出优势、劣势、机遇、挑战,并借鉴国内外高校校园文化建设经验,对高校校训精神融入校园文化建设研究得出相应的借鉴思路,即发挥优势、弥补劣势、抓住机遇、迎接挑战。进而从学校、学生、教师三个层面提出高校校训精神融入校园文化建设的可行性的建议及提升策略,以期推动高校校园文化建设蓬勃发展。The spirit of university motto is a unique spiritual quality and value pursuit of a university,an important part of the construction of university campus culture,and plays an important role in promoting the high-quality development of colleges and universities.Under the background of the new era,the spirit of university motto has developed new connotation with the development of the times,and has been engraved with the brand of the new era.This paper takes Jiangsu Health Vocational College as the entry point,uses SWOT analysis to conduct case analysis,summarizes the current situation of integrating the university motto spirit into the campus culture construction under the background of the new era,summarizes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges,and draws on the campus culture construction experience at home and abroad to study the integration of the university motto spirit into the campus culture construction.That is:to give full play to advantages,make up for disadvantages,seize opportunities and meet challenges.Then,from the three levels of school,students and teachers,this paper puts forward the feasible suggestions and improvement strategies of integrating the spirit of school motto into the construction of campus culture,in order to promote the vigorous development of the construction of campus culture.
