摘 要:改革开放以来,我国继续教育经历模仿发展、特色萌芽和特色构建等历史阶段。继续教育特色发展具有多重现实意蕴,是助力社会发展、学员发展和院校发展的必然选择。为解决继续教育特色发展问题,应构建具有特色的继续教育理论体系,加强继续教育特色理论研究的系统化、学科化和中国化;构建具有特色的继续教育教学体系,重塑具有特色的继续教育目标设置机制、教学实践模式和评价考核模式;构建具有特色的继续教育治理体系,完善继续教育特色发展的政策制度、治理模式和组织模式。Since the reform and opening up,the development of continuing education in China has gone through historical stages such as imitation,characteristic sprouting,and characteristic construction.The characteristic development of continuing education has multiple practical implications and is an inevitable choice to support social development,student development,and college development.To solve the problem of characteristic development of continuing education,a characteristic theoretical system of continuing education should be constructed,and the systematic,disciplinary,and Chinese research on characteristic theories of continuing education should be strengthened;A characteristic continuing education teaching system should be built,to reshape the mechanism for setting goals,teaching practice models,and evaluation and assessment models with characteristics in continuing education;A characteristic governance system for continuing education should be built,to improve policy systems,governance models,and organizational models for the characteristic development of continuing education.
