摘  要:构建中国特色高质量职业教育教材体系,离不开职业教育教材质量管理。明确职业教育教材质量管理的基本内涵、要素和实践举措十分重要。从需求适应性、合目的性和全面性三个方面深度理解职业教育教材质量管理的内涵,进而明确职业教育教材质量管理的五个要素是教材质量方针和目标、教材质量策划、教材质量控制、教材质量保证和教材质量改进。推进职业教育教材质量管理工作需要从主体、标准、机制和效果四个方面着手,即:发挥多元主体协同共治作用、分类建设质量标准实现有效引领、形成各环节一体化全过程协同的运行机制、构建精准监测评价反馈体系。The development of a high-quality vocational education textbook system with Chinese characteristics is closely linked to the quality management of vocational education textbooks.It is crucial to clarify the fundamental connotation,elements,and practical measures of this quality management.The connotation of quality management of vocational education textbooks can be deeply understood from three perspective:adaptability,fitness for purpose,and comprehensiveness.The five elements of quality management for vocational education textbooks include the quality policy and objectives,textbook quality planning,quality control,quality assurance and quality improvement.To enhance the quality management of vocational education textbooks,efforts should focus on four aspects:stakeholders,standards,mechanisms and outcomes.This involves leveraging the collaborative governance of diverse stakeholders,providing effective guidance through classified quality standards,establishing an integrated operational mechanism that coordinates all processes,and developing a precise monitoring,evaluation,and feedback system.
