摘  要:建设中国特色高质量职业教育师资队伍是实现中国式职业教育现代化的题中要义。以问题视角切入,当务之急需厘清“是什么、建什么、怎样建”三个基础问题。“是什么”本质是阐释中国特色高质量职业教育师资队伍时代内涵:基于国家战略要义解读,可架构“立场、使命、战术、评价”四维内涵理解框架;“建什么”本质是明确中国特色高质量职业教育师资队伍建设目标:基于内涵四维理解框架,可明确“与时同频、文化承融、教做双湛、协同共生”四大关键建设目标;“怎样建”本质是设计中国特色高质量职业教育师资队伍实现路径:基于建设目标高效实现,可尝试构建“全生命期教育体系、文化承融赋责制度、教做双元评价机制、协作共赢激励机制”四条实现路径。The construction of a high-quality vocational education teaching force with Chinese characteristics is the key to the modernization of Chinese-style vocational education.From a problem perspective,it is imperative to clarify the three basic questions of“what is it,what to build,and how to build it”.The essence of“what”is to explain the connotation of the era of high-quality vocational education teachers with Chinese characteristics:based on the interpretation of national strategy,a fourdimensional connotation framework of“position,mission,tactics,and evaluation”can be constructed.The essence of“what to build”is to clarify the goal of building a high-quality vocational education teaching force with Chinese characteristics.Based on the understanding of the connotation of the times,four types of construction goals can be set:“keeping up with the times,cultural integration,teaching and doing,and synergistic coexistence”.The essence of“how to build”is to design a path for the realization of a high-quality vocational education teaching force with Chinese characteristics.Based on the achievement of construction goals,four key paths can be constructed:“a whole-life education system,a cultural integration and accountability system,a dual evaluation mechanism for teaching and doing,and a collaborative and win-win incentive mechanism”.
