摘  要:高职院校在技术技能积累中发挥着桥梁、纽带作用,其积累及转化成效对于深化学校内涵建设、增强办学活力、提升高职教育的社会适应性等方面具有不可忽视的影响力。在“双高计划”背景下,高职院校需要在技术积累、利益相关者、协同理论等相关技术技能积累理论指导下,深化产教融合、校企合作,创新运用中国特色现代学徒制,搭建多维多元积累与创新平台载体,突出自组织学习与文化传承功能,构建政校行企多方联动机制,进一步探索符合高职教育特点的技术技能积累实践范式。Higher vocational colleges serve as a bridge and link in technology and technical skill accumulation.This accumulation and its transformation significantly influence the development of the college’s education depth,enhance their vitality,and improve the social adaptability of vocational education.In the context of the“Double High-Level Plan”,higher vocational colleges must deepen school-enterprise cooperation and the integration of industry and education.They should innovate the use of modern apprenticeship with Chinese characteristics,build multi-dimensional and multi-faceted platforms for accumulation and innovation,highlight the functions of self-directed learning and cultural inheritance,and establish a multi-party collaboration mechanism among government,colleges,industries,and enterprises.This should all be guided by theories of technology accumulation,stakeholder theory,synergetics,and other relevant frameworks to further explore the practice paradigm of technology and technical skill accumulation that aligns with the characteristics of higher vocational education.
