摘 要:新课标核心理念的落实落细离不开学校教研的支持。新课标为学校教研的改进指明了方向、确定了核心主题、明确了形式。在新课标背景下,学校教研改进的重点在于由浅入深地引导教师理解新课标核心理念、由广而精地聚焦教研主题、由形到实地有效开展教研合作。具体来说,学校要制定科学合理的教研规划,教研组要基于教研主题以“模式构建型”任务推进教研,教师个体要努力在参与教研中实现自我改进与提升。The implementation of the core concept of the new curriculum standards needs the support of school teaching research.The new curriculum standards point out the direction,determine the core theme and clarify the forms for the improvement of school teaching research.In the context of new curriculum standards,the improvement on school teaching research depends on gradually guiding teachers to understand the core idea of the new curriculum standards,focusing on the themes of school teaching research from a broad and refined perspective,and developing the teaching research cooperation effectively from its form to the reality.To be more specific,schools should make scientific and reasonable teaching and research plans,teaching and research groups should carry out the"model construction"based on the themes of teaching and research,and individual teachers should strive to achieve self-improvement and promotion in participating in teaching and research.
