摘 要:目的探讨人工智能+多元化教学法在肿瘤药学服务能力提升培训中的应用效果。方法选取2023年第一、二期参加湖南省肿瘤药学服务能力培训班的175名学员作为研究对象,其中第一期学员(n=76)采取授课教学法(LBL+CBL教学法),第二期学员(n=99)采取人工智能+多元化教学法(AI+LBL+CBL结合情景模拟教学法),采用满意度调查问卷,从培训效果满意度、学习体验满意度和教学计划满意度三个维度进行教学效果评价。结果第二期培训效果满意度评价(99.0%vs 90.8%,P<0.05)以及教学计划满意度评价(99.0%vs 78.9%,P<0.05)优于第一期。人工智能+多元化教学方法在开拓临床思维和提高药学实践水平方面优于传统授课教学法(P<0.05)。提高科研工作能力方面,授课教学法表现更优(P<0.05)。学员培训方式的选择由多到少依次是情景模拟教学(97.0%)、结合案例教学(90.0%)、常规多媒体教学(53.5%)。结论人工智能+多元化教学方法满意度更高,更有利于肿瘤临床药师综合能力的提升,其中情景模拟实践教学更受学员欢迎,研究构建的肿瘤临床药学服务能力模式可为其他相关的培训与教学提供参考。Objective To apply artificial intelligence and diversified teaching in the training of oncology pharmaceutical service.Methods Totally 175 trainess in the first and second groups of the training course on oncology pharmaceutical service ability in Hunan in 2023 were selected as the research subjects.The first group(n=76)adopted the traditional lecture-based teaching(LBL and CBL teaching method).The second group(n=99)adopted the artificial intelligence and diversified teaching method(AI plus LBL and CBL combined with scenario simulation).Using an online satisfaction survey,we evaluated the teaching effect from three dimensions:satisfaction with the training effectiveness,satisfaction with learning experience,and satisfaction with the teaching plans.Results The training effect(99.0%vs 90.8%,P<0.05)and the teaching plan(97.0%vs 78.9%,P<0.05)of the second group were more satisfactory than those of the first group.Artificial intelligence and diversified teaching outdid the traditional lecture-based teaching method in developing ideas and improving operational ability(P<0.05).In terms of research capabilities,the lecture-based teaching had better performance(P<0.05).The popularity of training methods among students was situational simulation(97.0%),case study(90.0%)and conventional multimedia teaching(53.5%).Conclusion The artificial intelligence and diversified teaching method helps improve the comprehensive ability of clinical pharmacists.Situational simulation practice is most welcome among trainess.
