摘　　要：分析了当前高职院校辅导员队伍存在的问题,如职业认同度不高、专业技能欠缺、职业发展路径不明确等,指出职业化建设的紧迫性;基于职业化理念的核心内涵,明确了辅导员队伍职业化建设的多维度策略;通过具体实践案例分析,阐述了高职院校辅导员队伍专业化职业化建设策略的有效性和可行性,强调了辅导员队伍职业化建设对提升高职教育质量、促进学生全面发展的重要意义。The purpose of this paper is to deeply discuss the path and strategy of the professionalization of counselors in higher vocational colleges,in order to promote the transformation of the role of counselors from traditional management to specialization and professionalism in the context of education in the new era.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the current team of counselors in higher vocational colleges,such as low professional identity,lack of professional skills,and unclear career development path,and points out the urgency of professionalization construction.Based on the core connotation of the concept of professionalism,this paper clarifies the multi-dimensional strategy of the professionalization construction of the counselor team,expounds the effectiveness and feasibility of the team in higher vocational colleges through the analysis of specific practical cases,and emphasizes the importance of the team to improve the quality of higher vocational education and promote the all-round development of students.
