摘  要:课程思政具有重大的政治意义和战略意义,对培养学生正确的世界观、人生观和价值观具有重要的推动作用。在对高职院校专业课教师进行深入访谈的基础上,找到影响课程思政效果的主要因素,构建高职院校专业课教师课程思政胜任能力模型,进一步探究提升其课程思政胜任能力的路径。Teaching ideological and political theories in all courses has great political significance and strategic significance,and it plays an important role in promoting students’correct world outlook,and outlook on life and values.On the basis of in-depth interviews with teachers of professional courses in higher vocational colleges,this paper finds out the main factors that affect the effect of teaching ideological and political theories in all courses,constructs a model of ideological and political education competency for professional course teachers,and further explores the ways to improve their ideological and political education competency.
