摘 要:学校是教育主阵地,家庭教育、社会教育是学校教育的有效补充,三者相互补充、同等重要。当前,我国的家校社共育存在着偏重学校教育,轻视家育、社育,三者各自为政的情形。家长、社会参与学校管理的条件与参与深度没有具体量化标准,导致家校社相互排斥、壁垒高筑是成因之一。本文从家校社三方中选取家校两方作为建立青少年学生教育责任主体的理想模型,创设“条件公式”和“深度公式”,量化完善家长参与学校管理的条件和解决深度问题,破解家校共育的困境,促进家长有效参与学校管理,为更大范围的家校社共育提供参考。School is the main battle position of education.Family education and social education are effective supplements of school education.The three are mutually complementary and equally important.At present,in our country,there exists a situation of emphasizing school education,neglecting family education and social education,and the three are totally independent in its own.One of the reasons is the mutual exclusion of home,school and community,which is caused by the lack of specific quantitative standards for parents and society to participate in school management and the depth of participation.In this paper,from the home,school and community,the two sides of the family and school are selected as the main body and responsible for the education of young students to establish an ideal model,and the“condition formula”and“depth formula”are created to quantitatively solve the conditions and depth problems of parents’participation in school management,crack the dilemma of home-school co-education,and promote parents’effective participation in school management to provide reference for a wider range of home-school co-education.
