摘 要:教师知识管理能力是教师运用一定的技术手段或策略方法,对知识获取、储存、整合、共享和创新等环节进行管理的能力。随着互联网、大数据、云计算和人工智能等数智技术的迅猛发展,我国正全面迈向数智时代,这对幼儿教师的知识管理能力提出了新的诉求与挑战。通过文献梳理和访谈,发现数智时代幼儿教师知识管理能力的构成要素包括知识获取与萃取、知识储存与加工、知识交流与共享、知识应用与创新、知识保护与维权。基于此,编制《数智时代幼儿教师知识管理能力调查问卷》,对调查数据进行探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析,发现数据样本因子适配性强,模型拟合度良好,表明数智时代幼儿教师知识管理能力构成要素模型的架构具有合理性。为有效提升幼儿教师知识管理能力,建议强化幼儿教师知识管理价值认同;健全幼儿教师知识管理支持体系;增强幼儿教师知识产权意识。Knowledge management competence of teachers is their ability to manage knowledge acquisition,storage,integration,sharing,and innovation using specific techniques or strategies.With the rapid development of digital and intelligent technologies such as the Internet,big data,cloud computing,and artificial intelligence,China is moving towards the digital intelligence era,which presents new demands and challenges for the knowledge management competencies of early childhood teachers.Through literature review and interviews,it was found that the components of knowledge management competencies of early childhood teachers in this era include knowledge acquisition and extraction,knowledge storage and processing,knowledge exchange and sharing,knowledge application and innovation,and knowledge protection and rights enforcement.Based on this,the“Questionnaire on Knowledge Management Competence of Early Childhood Teachers in the Digital Intelligence Era”was compiled,and exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses were conducted on the survey data.The data samples showed strong factor fit and good model fit,indicating that the model of the components of knowledge management competence of early childhood teachers in the digital intelligence era has a reasonable structure.To effectively improve the knowledge management competence of kindergarten teachers,the following suggestions are proposed:strengthen recognition of the value of knowledge management among kindergarten teachers;improve the knowledge management support system for kindergarten teachers;and enhance awareness of intellectual property rights among kindergarten teachers.
