志愿精神融入人生观教育的价值意蕴与实践遵循

摘　　要：立德树人是教育的根本任务,而人生观教育是立德树人的重要使命。引导个体思考和追寻自己的人生目的、人生态度及人生价值,科学看待和处理人生的根本问题是人生观教育的本质所在。志愿精神是个体自觉自愿、不求回报地进行志愿活动而展现出的一种价值选择,充分彰显了个体在实践行为中的人生观思考,映射出其对生命本质的诠释及生命历程的展演。志愿精神融入人生观教育,就是要充分体认志愿精神的人生观本质,体味志愿精神是生命机体与精神载体融合共生的精神财富,继而引导个体在志愿服务中淬炼本领才能,增强奉献意识,接续奋发勇为,于实践中担使命、育新人、建新功,创造出彩人生。Cultivating people with virtue is the fundamental task of education,and education on life outlook is an important mission of cultivating people with virtue.It is the essence of life outlook education to guide individuals to think about and pursue their own life purpose,life attitude and life value,and scientifically view and deal with the fundamental problems of life.Volunteerism is a value choice that individuals consciously and voluntarily carry out volunteer activities without asking for returns,which fully demonstrates the individual’s outlook on life in practical behavior,and reflects their interpretation of the essence of life and the performance of his life course.The integration of volunteerism into outlook on life education is to fully understand the essence of volunteerism’s outlook on life,appreciate that volunteerism is the spiritual wealth of integrating symbiosis of life organism and spiritual carrier,and then guide individuals to cultivate their skills and abilities through volunteer service,enhance their sense of dedication to work hard to take on the mission in practice,educate new participants,make more contributions,and create a colorful life.
