摘　　要：该文章以《水产品营养与烹饪》课程为载体,从课程分析、教学实施和教学效果等方面进行分析,探索基于MOOC(慕课)的混合式教学模式,能够更好地达到教学目标,为振兴龙江渔业,发展龙江经济,培养更多的专门技术人才。This paper takes the course“Nutrition and cooking of aquatic products”as the carrier,analyzes from the aspects of curriculum analysis,teaching implementation and teaching effect,and explores the mixed teaching mode based on MOOC,which can better achieve the teaching objectives,so as to revitalize the fishery of Heilongjiang,develop the economy of Heilongjiang and train more technical talents.
