摘  要:拟态环境与现实环境的信息偏差为教育领域“舆情幻象”的产生提供了客观基础。尤其是网络时代,信息社会催生了拟态环境的新特征,进一步使“舆情幻象”的形成有了更加泛在的条件。人们易于把网络“个体意识”当成“群体意识”,把舆情的“可能性”当作“事实性”,以“大动作”应对“小舆情”。深入分析教育领域“舆情幻象”的生成诱因和其给学校正常教育教学带来的冲击,认为要加强调查研究,筑牢对教育舆情“处变不惊”的基石;加强上下沟通协同,保持面对教育舆情的理性心态;加强舆情信息管理,着力强化网络舆论引导和监督;增强内外有效协调,构建教育舆情有效治理体系。The information deviation between the pseudo-environment and the actual environment provides the generation of“public opinion illusion”in educational field with objective basis.Especially in the era of the internet,the information society has given rise to new features of mimetic environments,further providing more ubiquitous conditions for the formation of“public opinion illusions”.People tend to mistake the“individual consciousness”of the internet for“group consciousness”,and the“possibility”of public opinion for“fact”,responding to“small public opinion”with“big actions”.In depth analysis of the causes of the“illusion of public opinion”in the field of education and its impact on normal education and teaching in schools,it is believed that it is necessary to strengthen investigation and research,and build a solid foundation for“staying calm in the face of changes”in educational public opinion;strengthen communication and collaboration between superiors and subordinates,and maintain a rational attitude towards facing educational public opinion;strengthen the management of public opinion information and focus on strengthening the guidance and supervision of online public opinion;enhance effective coordination both internally and externally,and establish an effective governance system for educational public opinion.
