摘  要:目前,本科生论文存在问题学生不认真和教师不重视等,这些问题的出现是没有建立完善的本科生论文指导体系所造成的。因此,没有高效运行顺畅的培养系统,面对教学将得不尝失。本文针对传统农学学科的园艺学科本科生论文存在的问题,通过团队的指导作用,对本科生实行团队联合培养,发挥研究生对本科生论文工作中“传帮带”的作用,提高本科生主观能动性。将本科生论文结合“双创”项目,发挥好“科技小院”的功能,前置论文开始时间,下沉论文试验地区到重点产区等,建立完善的本科生论文指导新模式。At present,undergraduate thesis faces some problems,students are not serious,and teachers do not pay attention,etc.The emergence of this problems are caused by the failure to establish a good undergraduate thesis guidance system.Therefore,the lack of an efficient and smooth operation of the training system,teaching will not be attempted.In this paper,aiming at the thinking about the problems existing in undergraduate thesis work of horticultural undergraduates in traditional agronomy,through the guiding role of team,the joint training of undergraduates is carried out,and the postgraduates play the role of"teaching and helping"in the work of undergraduates'thesis,so as to improve the subjective initiative of undergraduates.Combining undergraduate thesis with"Double Innovation"projects,making good use of"Science and Technology Small Institutes",pre-setting the start time of thesis,sinking the thesis test areas to key production areas,etc,to establish a comprehensive new model of undergraduate thesis guidance.
