摘 要:白酒作为我国传统饮品之一,在我国社会有着广泛的流通性和较大规模的受众群体。基于社会需求和民生经济发展影响,白酒产业呈现高质量、高产量发展趋势。随着消费需求增加以及产业规模扩大,白酒品质的提升与保障也日益受到大众关注。因此,在当前社会背景下开展白酒品质的分析,确保白酒产品能以高质量、高安全出产销售极为必要。基于此,本文针对白酒品质分析方法和质量安全控制策略进行研究,希望对我国白酒产业发展提供参考。Baijiu,as one of the traditional drinks in China,has wide circulation and large audience in our society.Based on the impact of social demand and people’s livelihood economic development,the Baijiu industry shows a trend of high quality and high output.With the increase of consumption demand and the expansion of industry scale,the improvement and guarantee of Baijiu quality are increasingly concerned by the public.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out the analysis of Baijiu quality under the current social background to ensure that Baijiu products can be produced and sold with high quality and high safety.Based on this,this paper studied the Baijiu quality analysis method and quality safety control strategy,hoping to provide reference for the development of China’s Baijiu industry.
