食品纸塑复合包装材料中有机污染物检测存在的问题及优化策略

摘　　要：近些年,食品纸塑复合包装材料在食品包装领域得到了广泛应用,但其使用安全性问题一直是行业关注的热点。在纸塑复合包装材料生产加工过程中,会应用到多种类型的有机功能助剂,这些有机污染物可能会迁移到食品中,严重威胁消费者身体健康。因此,食品纸塑复合包装材料中有机污染物检测工作具有重要意义。本文阐述了食品纸塑复合包装材料性能特点,分析了当前有机污染物检测方面存在的问题,并对食品纸塑复合包装常见有机污染物,包括多氯联苯、酚类物质、2,4-二氨基甲苯以及挥发性化合物的检测方法的优化措施进行了综述,以供参考借鉴。In recent years,food paper-plastic composite packaging materials have been widely used in the food packaging field,but its safety has been a hot issue in the industry.In the production and processing of paper-plastic composite packaging materials,many types of organic functional additives will be applied,and these organic pollutants may migrate to food,which will seriously threaten the health of the body.Therefore,it is of great significance to detect organic pollutants in food paper-plastic composite packaging materials.This paper describes the performance characteristics of food paper-plastic composite packaging materials,analyzes the current problems in the detection of organic pollutants,and summarizes the optimization measures for the detection of common organic pollutants in food paper-plastic composite packaging,including polychlorinated biphenyls,phenolic substances,2,4-diamino-toluene and volatile organic compounds.
