先锋模范作用下高职汽车专业教学分析

摘　　要：经济发展对高等职业教育人才培养提出了新需求,高等职业教育的生源结构随之调整,因此高等职业教育的教学方法和手段有必要进行适应性变革。先锋模范作用是指高职汽车专业通过派出杰出教师,引用卓越的教学实例,以引领和推动教学工作的改进,提升教学质量。本文从先锋模范作用的角度出发,深入探讨其具体含义,分析当前高职汽车专业教学状况,并在此基础上提出优化教学策略。Economic development has put forward new demands for the cultivation of talents in higher vocational education,and the student source structure of higher vocational education has been adjusted accordingly,so it is necessary to make adaptive changes in the teaching methods and means of higher vocational education.Pioneer exemplary role refers to the higher vocational automobile specialty by sending outstanding teachers and citing excellent teaching examples in order to lead and promote the improvement of teaching and enhance the quality of teaching.This paper starts from the perspective of pioneering and exemplary role,discusses its specific meaning in depth,analyzes the current teaching situation of higher vocational automobile profession,and puts forward optimized teaching strategies on this basis.
