摘 要:“食用菌栽培学”作为高等学校涉农专业重要的专业基础课程、特色课程或选修课程,是一门对理论、实践操作和应用服务要求都很强的课程,而该课程的实验教学是非常重要的教学环节,是提高学生实践能力的重要途径。为深入落实立德树人这一根本任务,将德育元素融入实验课程,并探讨课程引入思政的必要性、教学内容中思政元素的挖掘、课程思政建设的思路等,旨在提高学生的职业素养,为食用菌产业的可持续发展培养高素质应用型人才。“Edible Mushroom Cultivation”is an essential foundational,characteristic elective course for agricultural majors in higher education institutions.It is a course that requires strong theoretical foundations,practical operations,and application services.The experimental teaching component of this course serves as a vital teaching link and an important avenue for enhancing students'practical and hands-on operation abilities.In order to thoroughly implement the fundamental task of cultivating virtue and talents,and to integrate moral education elements into experimental courses,this article delves into the necessity of incorporating ideological and political elements into the curriculum,explores the integration of ideological and political elements within the teaching content,and presents ideas for the curriculum's ideological and political construction.The ultimate goal is to enhance students'professional literacy and foster high-quality applied talents for the sustainable development of the edible mushroom industry.
