摘 要:服装缝制工艺课程是培养高素质服装人才的重要载体,然而由于当前服装工艺课程与思政教育的协同发展存在不足,导致学生缺乏工匠精神,难以形成良好的职业素养和社会责任感。文章分析了当前服装缝制工艺课程与思政教育协同现状及存在的包括工匠精神缺失、理论与实践脱节、思政教育融入不足、教学评价体系不完善等问题。针对这些问题,提出将工匠精神融入课程内容、创新教学方法、建立思政教育融入机制、优化教学评价体系等策略。旨在提升学生专业技能、职业素养和社会责任感,培养具有工匠精神的服装人才,为社会发展和产业转型升级提供人才保障。Clothing sewing process course is vital for cultivating high-quality fashion professionals.However,the current insufficient synergy between the course and ideological education has resulted in a lack of the spirit of craftsmanship among students,impeding the development of strong professional qualities and social responsibility.This study analyzes the current state of collaboration between the clothing sewing process course and ideological education,identifying issues such as the absence of craftsmanship spirit,disconnect between theory and practice,inadequate integration of ideological education,and an incomplete evaluation system.It proposes strategies of incorporating the spirit of craftsmanship into the curriculum,innovating teaching methods,establishing mechanisms for integrating ideological education,and optimizing the evaluation system.The aim is to enhance students'professional skills,professional qualities,and social responsibility,cultivating fashion professionals imbued with the spirit of craftsmanship to provide talent support for societal development and industry transformation.
