摘　　要：在职业教育产教融合日渐重要的大背景下,企业师傅成为物流管理专业现代学徒制实行的中坚力量,在思政育人方面更有天然优势。在厘清企业师傅思政育人的迫切性和重要性基础上,分析物流管理现代学徒制合作企业现状、学徒思政教育现状,进而提出物流管理现代学徒制采取“1+N”式企业师傅思政育人策略,对企业师傅进行分类、各做准备、各司思政育人职责。Under the background of the increasingly important integration of production and education in vocational education,enterprise masters have become the backbone of the implementation of modern apprenticeship in logistics management,and have more natural advantages in ideological and political education.On the basis of clarifying the urgency and importance of ideological and political education of enterprise masters,this paper analyzes the current situation of cooperative enterprises of modern logistics management apprenticeship and the current situation of ideological and political education of apprentices,and then proposes that the modern logistics management apprenticeship should adopt the"1+N"type of enterprise masters'ideological and political education strategy,and classify the enterprise masters,make preparations for ideological and political education responsibilities.
