摘　　要：民族、民族文化是民族地区社会发展的重要问题,也是学术研究的重要问题。中华人民共和国70年的民族和民族文化研究取得了多方面丰硕成就,奠定了民族和民族文化研究的深厚基础。民族文化具有同样的特质特点,构成不同的民族文化之间和谐共生的理论逻辑;民族文化、蒙汉民族文化相近相知的历史传统,构成两个民族文化和谐共生的历史逻辑;蒙汉民族文化在地区社会发展中的重要地位,在地区长期相近相知的现实条件,构成俩民族文化和谐共生的实践逻辑。在新时代新思想旗帜指引下,推进民族文化、蒙汉民族文化和谐共生共同繁荣,具有重要意义。The issue regarding ethnic groups and national culture is an important issue for social development in national regions,and an important issue in academic research as well.In the past 70 years,the People’s Republic of China has made many fruitful achievements in the study of ethnic groups and national culture,laying a solid foundation for the study of ethnic groups and ethnic culture.National culture has the same characteristics,which constitutes the theoretical logic for the harmonious coexistence between diff erent national cultures.The historical tradition regarding Mongolian and Han cultures being close to each other constitutes the historical logic for the harmonious coexistence of the two national cultures.The important position of Mongolian and Han cultures in regional social development and the realistic conditions of long-term close and mutual understanding of the two constitute the practical logic of harmonious coexistence of the two national cultures.Under the guidance of the banner of new thoughts in the new era,it is of great signifi cance to promote the harmonious coexistence and common prosperity of national culture and Mongolian and Han national cultures.
