摘 要:全面提高教师培训质效,既契合教师成长的内在规律,又满足教育高质量发展的迫切需求。当前,我国中小学教师培训存在培训目标适需性有待增强、培训内容深层性有待挖掘、培训形式多维性有待拓展等问题,需细化培训目标的精准性、提升培训内容的高阶性以及拓展培训形式的多维性,全面提升教师培训效果,促进中小学教师培训高质量发展。Comprehensively improving the quality and efficiency of teacher training not only conforms to the internal laws of teacher growth,but also meets the urgent need for high-quality education development.At present,there are problems in the training of primary and secondary school teachers in China,such as the need to enhance the adaptability of training objectives,the need to explore the depth of training content,and the need to expand the multidimensionality of training forms.Therefore,it is necessary to refine the accuracy of training objectives,deepen the higher-order nature of training content,and expand the multidimensional nature of training forms,in order to comprehensively improve the effectiveness of teacher training and promote the high-quality development of primary and secondary school teacher training.
