双创时代高职教师核心素养培养路径研究

摘  要:在“大众创业、万众创新”的双创时代背景下,高职教育作为培养高素质技能人才的重要基地,其教师的核心素养成为影响教育质量与创新能力的关键因素。本文旨在探讨双创时代对高职教师核心素养的新要求,并提出一套系统的培养路径与策略,以期提升高职教师的综合能力,进而推动高职教育的创新发展。研究采用文献分析、问卷调查与案例研究等方法,对高职教师核心素养的现状、问题及成因进行了深入分析,并在此基础上构建了自上而下和自下而上的培养路径。In the context of the era of"mass entrepreneurship and innovation",higher vocational education is an important base for cultivating high-quality skilled talents,and the core literacy of teachers has become a key factor affecting the quality of education and innovation ability.The purpose of this paper is to explore the new requirements for the core literacy of higher vocational teachers in the era of double entrepreneurship,and put forward a set of systematic training paths and strategies,in order to improve the comprehensive ability of higher vocational teachers,and then promote the innovation and development of higher vocational education.This study uses literature analysis,questionnaire survey and case study to conduct an in-depth analysis of the current situation,problems and causes of the core literacy of higher vocational teachers,and constructs a top-down and bottom-up training path on this basis.
