摘 要:目的 探讨基于QQ平台的微格教学法在心内科护理技能教学中的应用效果。方法 选取福建省某三甲综合医院心内科实习的护理本科生为研究对象,试验组采用基于QQ平台的微格教学法,对照组采用传统教学法,比较两组护理实习生护理技能操作考核成绩、自主学习能力、学习满意度及评判性思维能力。结果 试验组护理技能操作考核成绩、自主学习能力、学习满意度及评判性思维能力均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 基于QQ平台的微格教学法可提高护理实习生操作水平、自主学习能力及评判性思维能力,护理实习生对基于QQ平台的微格教学法学习满意度较高。Objective To explore the application effect of microteaching based on QQ platform in the teaching of nursing skills in cardiology department.Methods Nursing undergraduate students who interned in the cardiology department of a tertiary comprehensive hospital in Fujian Province were selected as the research subjects.The experimental group used microteaching based on QQ platform,while the control group used traditional teaching method.The nursing skill operation assessment scores,self-learning ability,learning satisfaction,and critical thinking ability of the two groups of nursing interns were compared.Results The experimental group had better scores in nursing skill operation assessment,self-learning ability,learning satisfaction,and critical thinking ability than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The microteaching based on QQ platform can improve the operational level,self-learning ability,and critical thinking ability of nursing interns.Nursing interns are more satisfied with the learning of microteaching based on QQ platform.
