摘  要:随着护理学科发展,对护士要求不断提高,循证护理能力成为其基本能力,但循证护理能力的培养一直是护理教学难点。本研究采用半结构式访谈法,对实习护生和临床实习带教教师进行访谈,了解实习护生循证护理能力培养中存在的问题与难点。基于成果导向教育(outcomes-based education,OBE)理念,以学生为中心,将循证护理能力的8项能力反向设计在教学方案中,经小组讨论后,形成一套培养实习护生循证护理能力的教学方案。With the development of nursing discipline,the requirements for nurses are constantly increasing,and evidence-based nursing ability has become their basic ability.However,the cultivation of evidence-based nursing ability has always been a difficult point in nursing teaching.This study used a semi-structured interview method to interview nursing interns and clinical internship teaching teachers to learn the problems and difficulties in cultivating nursing interns′ evidence-based nursing abilities.Based on the outcome-based education(OBE) concept,the eight evidence-based nursing abilities were reverse designed in the teaching plan with student-orientation.A set of teaching plans was developed to cultivate nursing interns′ evidence-based nursing abilities after group discussions.
