摘　　要：针对非正式学习成果认证存在的成果来源复杂、信任成本高和认证效率低等问题,研究设计了一种去中心化的非正式学习成果认证方法。通过系统性地梳理相关文献,选择了学习成果的认证过程作为研究的焦点,从参与主体、数据客体和认证功能等多个角度,深入探讨了智能合约在非正式学习成果认证中的应用逻辑,并详细阐述了认证智能合约的实现机理。以G省开放大学社区教育学院的一门公益课程为实践案例,对该认证过程的仿真实验结果表明,基于智能合约的非正式学习成果认证具有真实性、安全性和有效性等特征,能为利益相关主体提供高效服务与公平保证,有助于促进非正式学习成果认证主体间的协同和信任。Aiming at the problems of complex source of results,high cost of trust and low efficiency of certification in informal learning results certification,a method of decentralized informal learning results certification is designed.By systematically reviewing the relevant literature,the certification process of learning results is selected as the focus of research.The application logic of smart contracts in informal learning results certification is discussed in depth from the perspectives of participantton subjects,data objects,and certification functions,and the realization mechanism of certified smart contracts is elaborated.Taking a public welfare course of community education college of Open University in G Province as a practical case,the simulation experiment results of the certification process show that the informal learning results certification based on smart contracts has the characteristics of authenticity,security and effectiveness,which can provide efficient service and fair guarantees for stakeholders,and help to promote the collaboration and trust among the subjects of informal learning results certification.
