摘　　要：以南京中医药大学为例,重点阐述了学校中药学学科在坚持党的领导、人才引领、科技创新、立德树人、服务需求导向等方面的特色化举措与成效。学校以中国特色、世界一流为目标,以立德树人为根本任务,坚持目标和问题导向,以深化改革激发创新动力,坚持教育、科技、人才“三位一体”,以高质量发展推进中药学世界一流学科建设,为中药学的世界一流学科建设提供了借鉴和发展思路。This article takes Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine as an example to focus on the distinctive measures and achievements of the Chinese Medicine discipline in the areas of Party leadership,talent guidance,technological innovation,moral education,and service demand.The school aims to achieve Chinese characteristics and world-class standards,with the fundamental task of cultivating students'moral character.It adheres to a goal-and problem-oriented approach,stimulates innovation through deepening reforms,and upholds the"trinity"of education,technology,and talent.With high-quality development,it promotes the construction of a world-class discipline in traditional Chinese medicine,providing development ideas for the first-class discipline construction of traditional Chinese medicine.
