摘 要:目的研究导师制教学模式在消化内科进修医生培训中应用的效果。方法以2022年9月至2023年8月在西安交通大学第二附属医院消化内镜中心学习结肠镜检查的55名进修医生为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为试验组和对照组。试验组采用导师制教学模式,对照组采用传统教学模式。培训结束后对两组进修医生进行医患沟通技能评分、理论知识测试、结肠镜操作技能考试和培训满意度问卷调查,并对其负责的患者进行结肠镜检查疼痛评分。结果培训后,试验组医患沟通技能各维度评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组负责的患者结肠镜检查疼痛评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组理论知识测试成绩、盲肠插镜成功率、结直肠腺瘤检出率和独立完成操作率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组对教学内容、教学方法、教学效果、专业知识能力、医患沟通能力和总体满意度的评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在消化内科进修医师培训中应用导师制教学模式,能提升进修医生的医患沟通技能、结肠镜检查相关知识和技能水平、培训满意度。Objective To study the effectiveness of the mentor based teaching model in the training of advanced gastroenterologists.Methods A total of 55 advanced doctors who studied colonoscopy at the Digestive Endoscopy Center of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University from September 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with random number table method.The experimental group received a mentor based teaching model,while the control group received a traditional teaching model.After the training,two groups of advanced doctors will be evaluated for their doctor-patient communication skills,theoretical knowledge tests,colonoscopy operation skill exams,and training satisfaction questionnaires.The patients they are responsible for will also be evaluated for colonoscopy pain.Results After training,the scores of various dimensions of doctor-patient communication skills in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The pain scores of patients in the experimental group during colonoscopy were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The theoretical knowledge test scores,success rate of cecal insertion,detection rate of colorectal adenomas,and independent completion rate of the operation in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The scores of experimental group on teaching content,teaching methods,teaching effectiveness,professional knowledge ability,doctor-patient communication ability,and overall satisfaction were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of mentor based teaching model in the training of advanced gastroenterologists can improve their doctor-patient communication skills,skills related to colonoscopy,and training satisfaction.
