摘  要:伏马菌素污染在世界范围内普遍存在,主要污染粮食及制品,特别是对玉米及其制品影响最大。为掌握并了解我国玉米制品伏马菌素污染状况,从东北、西北、南部、华北、华南、中部等6个地区12个省(区、市)采集样品120份检测伏马菌素。结果显示,34份玉米制品检出了伏马菌素,总检出率为28.3%;各省(区、市)玉米制品伏马菌素检出率不同,山东省检出率最高(70.0%);来自山东省、陕西省、辽宁省的5份玉米制品中伏马菌素含量高于2000μg·kg^(-1);34份含伏马菌素的样品中,74%的玉米制品中同时检出了多种真菌毒素。The contamination of food and its products by fumonisin is widespread all over the world,especially corn and its products.To investigate the pollution status of fumonisin in corn products,120 samples were collected from 12 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities)in 6 regions,including Northeast,Northwest,Southern region,North,South,and Middle region.The results showed that 34 corn products detected fumonisin,with a total detection rate of 28.3%.The detection rate of fumonisin in corn products varies among provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities),with Shandong having the highest detection rate of 70.0%.Five batches of corn products from Shandong,Shaanxi,and Liaoning provinces have fumonisin content higher than 2000μg·kg^(-1).Of the 34 fumonisin-containing samples,multiple mycotoxins were detected in 74%of corn products.
