摘 要:目的:以鱿鱼为研究对象,了解鱿鱼不同部位的重金属含量特征及污染状况。方法:于市场随机采集鱿鱼20批次,将其解体后获得不同部位的样品,采用微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定样品中5种重金属含量,并对其重金属污染状况进行评价。结果:5种重金属元素在鱿鱼不同部位均有检出,且含量差异性较大,存在不同程度的重金属污染风险。鱿鱼头部中砷与镉、软骨中镉、内脏中砷与镉、外膜中铅与镉的含量均较高,达到严重污染水平。结论:内脏是鱿鱼体内重金属污染风险最高的部位,镉是鱿鱼体内风险最高的重金属元素。Objective:To investigate the characteristics of heavy metal content and pollution status of different parts of squid.Method:Twenty batches of squid were randomly collected from the market,and samples from different parts were obtained after disintegration,and the contents of five heavy metals in the samples were determined by microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry,and the heavy metal pollution status was evaluated.Result:Five kinds of heavy metal elements were detected in different parts of squid,and the content of squid was quite different,and there was a risk of heavy metal pollution to different degrees,both arsenic and cadmium in the head of squid,cadmium in the cartilage,arsenic and cadmium in the internal organs,and lead and cadmium in the outer membrane have relatively high levels,all attaining the level of serious pollution.Conclusion:Viscera is the part with the highest risk of heavy metal contamination in squid,and cadmium is the highest risk of heavy metal element in squid.
