摘　　要：为确保食品安全,高效检测食品中的化学添加剂至关重要。本文介绍了化学添加剂的类别及其在食品工业中的作用,探讨了现有检测技术如色谱分析的应用,并分析了痕量添加剂定量分析和化学形态分析的挑战。通过研究新型快速检测技术,提升检测的灵敏度和准确性,为食品安全监管提供技术支持。Efficient detection of chemical additives in food is crucial to ensure food safety.This article introduces the categories of chemical additives and their roles in the food industry,explores the application of existing detection techniques such as chromatographic analysis,and analyzes the challenges of quantitative analysis and chemical speciation analysis of trace additives.By researching new rapid detection technologies,the aim is to improve the sensitivity and accuracy of detection,and provide technical support for food safety supervision.
