摘　　要：在产教融合的大背景下,高职院校智能制造产业学院的建设对于提升职业教育质量,培养符合产业发展需求的高素质技术技能人才具有重要意义。笔者通过调研,并结合多年工作经验,深入探讨了高职院校智能制造产业学院的建设现状和存在的主要问题,并提出了深化校企合作、开展课程体系与教学方法改革、加强师资队伍建设、开展实习实训基地建设等具体策略,同时对运行与管理机制优化进行了研究,得出了有益结论,为同行进一步研究提供理论借鉴。Under the background of the integration of industry and education,the construction of intelligent manufacturing industry college in higher vocational colleges is of great significance for improving the quality of vocational education and training high-quality technical talents.Based on the investigation and many years'working experience,this paper probes into the present situation and main problems of the construction of the College of intelligent manufacturing industry in higher vocational colleges,it also puts forward some concrete strategies,such as deepening the cooperation between schools and enterprises,developing the reform of curriculum system and teaching methods,strengthening the construction of teaching staff and developing the construction of practice and training bases,at the same time,the optimization of operation and management mechanism is studied,and some useful conclusions are drawn.
