摘 要:1+X证书制度背景下的“岗课赛证”融通育人是基于当前人才就业现状所作出的重要创新举措.阐明了“岗课赛证”融通的内涵和实施路线,分析了实施“岗课赛证”融通育人模式的必要性,并在此基础上,提出构建“基础+核心+拓展”专业课程体系、开发多样化教学资源、构建多元评价体系、组建“双师型”教学团队等融通育人路径,为高职院校食品类专业的人才培养模式改革提供借鉴.Under the background of the 1+X certificate system,the integration education of″post-course-competition-certificate″is an important innovative measure based on the current situation of talent employment.This paper expounded the connotation and implementation route of″post-course-competition-certificate″integration,analyzed the necessity ofimplementing″post-course-competition-certificate″integration educationmode,and on this basis,it proposed the integration education approaches,such as constructing″foundation+core+expansion″professional curriculum system,developing diversified teaching resources,constructing multiple evaluationsystem,andsetting up″double-qualified″teaching team,which provides reference for the reform of talent trainingmode of food majors in higher vocational colleges.
