摘 要:本文是研究商用车的随机振动问题。针对商用车的车身弹性比较明显的特点,运用弹性梁理论,建立了与实际更为符合的刚弹振动模型。应用虚拟激励法建立了汽车前轮和后轮的虚拟路面激励。为了提高求解效率,基于虚拟激励法,推导了商用车振动系统的频率响应特性、振动响应量的虚拟响应和功率谱密度。以车身加速度的功率谱密度和均方根值作为评价指标。通过与刚体模型仿真结果对比说明:商用车的车体弹性对平顺性影响很大。This paper studies the random vibration of commercial vehicles.In view of the obvious characteristics of the body elasticity of commercial vehicles,a rigid-elastic vibration model more in line with the reality is established by using the elastic beam theory.The pseudo road excitation of the front and rear wheels of the vehicle is established by using the pseudo-excitation method.In order to improve the solution efficiency,based on pseudo-excitation method,the frequency response characteristics of the vibration system of commercial vehicles,the pseudo response of the vibration response and the power spectral density are derived.The power spectral density and root mean square value of vehicle body acceleration are used as evaluation indicators.The comparison with the simulation results of the rigid body model shows that the elasticity of the commercial vehicle body has a great impact on the ride comfort.
