摘　　要：随着研究生规模逐渐扩大,其数量与质量发展失衡,且学术学位和专业学位研究生分类培养模式的实施路径模糊。结合东北石油大学石油与天然气工程学科专业实际,探讨了现阶段高校研究生培养过程同质性问题,构建了高校研究生分类培养模式框架,探寻了研究生分类培养的优化策略及质量提升路径,积极探索了研究生分类培养模式的教育改革。教学实践表明,该研究生分类培养模式有利于提升地方行业高校工程领域研究生教育的创新实践体系,为培养地方行业特色院校工程领域的高层次人才提供借鉴。As the enrollment of postgraduates has expanded,it becomes difficult to balance the development of quantity and quality,and the implementation path of categorical cultivation model for academic degree and professional degree postgraduate becomes blurred.We discussed the issue of homogeneity of current postgraduate cultivation process by combining with the actual situation of the discipline of petroleum and natural gas engineering.We constructed categorical cultivation model for postgraduate,optimization strategies and quality improvement paths for categorical cultivation of postgraduate.Educational reform of categorical cultivation model for postgraduate was explored.The application of postgraduate categorical cultivation model which is conducive to improving innovative practice system of postgraduate education in the engineering field,provides a reference for the development of high-level talent at industry characteristic universities.
