摘  要:目的:探究具备智能辅助功能的医学院校临床教师教学能力评价平台建设及应用效果。方法:设计医学院校临床教师教学能力评价体系和指数模型,构建评价平台,实现对医学院校临床教师教学能力评价。结果:评价平台上线后为全校830位教师提供了教学能力评价,教师对平台提供的教师教学发展工作的满意度高于98%。结论:将评价平台融入临床教师教学发展能力建设工作中,可有效助力于教师察觉教学短板、教师教学竞赛质量提升、教学成效贡献判断等,促进了临床教师教学能力评价的数字化转型,赋能了医学院校教师数字素养提升,为医院信息化转型升级、医学院校教育数字化转型提供决策依据参考。Objective To explore the construction and application effect of a teaching ability evaluation platform for clinical teachers in medical colleges with intelligent assistant function.Methods By designing the index model for the teaching abilities of clinical teachers in medical colleges,an evaluation platform was constructed to assess their teaching abilities.Results This platform has provided teaching ability evaluations for 830 teachers across the school.The satisfaction rate of teachers with the platform's support for teaching development work exceeded 98%.Conclusion Integrating the evaluation platform into the teaching development capacity building of clinical teachers can effectively help teachers to detect teaching shortcomings,improve the quality of teachers'teaching competition,and judge the contribution of teaching effectiveness.It can promote the digital transformation of clinical teachers'teaching ability evaluation,and enable medical college teachers to improve their digital literacy.It can also provide decision-making basis for transformation and upgrading of IT application in hospitals and education digital transformation in medical colleges.
