中职机械装配教学中实践技能培养的策略研究

摘　　要：探讨了中职机械装配教育中实践技能的培养,解读了实践技能培养在中职教育中的重要性,同时剖析了机械装配实践技能培训现况及存在的问题以及实践技能构成的各个要素,提出了优化课程设置、创新教学模式、加强实训条件以及注重过程评价等策略,以促进中职机械装配教学中实践技能的有效培养。This article explores the cultivation of practical skills in vocational mechanical assembly education.It first interprets the importance of practical skills cultivation in vocational education,and analyzes the current situation and existing problems of practical skills training in mechanical assembly,as well as the various elements of practical skills composition.strategies such as optimizing curriculum settings,innovating teaching modes,strengthening practical training conditions,and emphasizing process evaluation are proposed to promote the effective cultivation of practical skills in vocational mechanical assembly teaching.
