摘  要:随着教育观念的更新和社会的发展,公众对教育的期望日益提高,初中教学管理的重要性日益凸显。当前初中教学管理中存在一些问题,如管理体系不完善、教学方法单一、师资队伍建设不足等,影响了教学质量和学生的全面发展。因此,对初中教学管理进行策略优化成为迫切需要。文章基于这些问题提出了通过明确教学管理目标、完善教学管理制度、加强师资队伍建设、创新教学方法与手段等策略,优化教学管理理论框架和实践措施,旨在提升教学质量,促进学生全面发展,以满足社会对教育的更高期望。With the updating of educational concepts and the development of society,the public's expectations for education are increasing,and the importance of middle school teaching management is becoming increasingly prominent.There are some problems in the current management of junior high school teaching,such as incomplete management system,single teaching methods,and insufficient construction of teaching staff,which have affected the quality of teaching and the comprehensive development of students.Therefore,strategic optimization of middle school teaching management has become an urgent need.Based on these issues,the article proposes strategies to optimize the theoretical framework and practical measures of teaching management by clarifying teaching management objectives,improving teaching management systems,strengthening teacher team construction,and innovating teaching methods and means.The aim is to improve teaching quality,promote students' comprehensive development,and meet society's higher expectations for education.
