摘　　要：正确认识和处理我国党政关系对于坚持和完善中国特色社会主义制度,推进我国国家治理体系和治理能力现代化意义重大。新时代我国党政关系集中表现为“党政统一”,即坚持以党的全面领导为统领,党政之间在机构设置、职能配置等方面既适当分工又相互统一协调,以更高效能共同服务于最广大人民群众的根本利益。从理论逻辑来看,“党政统一”是我国党政性质相统一、党政宗旨相统一、党政目标相统一的必然要求;从历史逻辑来看,“党政统一”是从我们党百余年历史发展过程中处理党政关系的经验和教训中得出的正确结论;从实践逻辑来看,“党政统一”是被新时代治国理政有效实践所证明的科学方案。Correctly understanding and dealing with the relations between the CPC and the government in China is of great significance to upholding and improving the system of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and promoting the modernization of China's national governance system and governance capacity.In the new era,the relations between the CPC and the government in China is concentrated in the “unification of the CPC and the government”,that is,adhering to the overall leadership of the CPC as the leader,the CPC and the government have appropriate division of labor and unified coordination in terms of institutional setup and function allocation,and jointly serve the fundamental interests of the vast majority of the people with higher efficiency.From a theoretical logic point of view,“unification of the CPC and the government” is the inevitable requirement of the unity of the nature,purpose and goal of the CPC and the government in our country.In terms of historical logic,“unification of the CPC and the government” is a correct conclusion drawn from the experience and lessons of handling the relations between the CPC and the government in the course of the CPC's historical development of more than 100 years.From the perspective of practical logic,“unification of the CPC and the government” is a scientific program proved by the effective practice of state governance in the new era.
