摘　　要：早起的人受他们的生物钟影响而醒过来。研究人员表示,早起者与尼安德特人有相同的DNA,尼安德特人是人类4万年前的祖先。太阳升起时,他们早已醒来去寻找食物。研究人员研究了基因信息,以找出为什么有些人是早起的鸟儿,而另一些人是夜猫子。随着时间的推移,尼安德特人的DNA可能会变得越来越弱。现代生活意味着我们中的许多人更喜欢睡懒觉。我们正在成为夜猫子。不过,早起的鸟儿确实有虫吃。Early risers wake up because of their body clock.Researchers said early risers share DNA with Neanderthals the ancestors3 from 40,000 years ago.They woke up earlier to look for food as the sun rose.The researchers looked at genetic information to find out why some people are early birds and others are night owls4.The Neanderthal DNA may get weaker as time passes.Modern life means many of us prefer5 to sleep in.We are becoming night owls.But it is true that the early bird catches the worm.
