摘　　要：糖尿病作为四大非传染性疾病之一,病程时间长,受遗传、生理、环境和行为因素影响较大,临床用药有双胍类、α-糖苷酶抑制剂、格列奈类(瑞格列奈和那格列奈)等,或存在肝损伤风险。与药物相比,功能食品因其作用温和、无不良反应等优势被消费者广泛接受。文章通过线上、线下药店等渠道,收集整理50余种辅助降血糖的功能性产品,包括国内保健食品及国外跨境功能食品,涵盖片剂、粉剂、胶囊等多种剂型,对其品牌名称、规格、产地、配料等信息进行分析整理。研究旨在揭示国内外降血糖产品市场现状及原料使用情况,了解中国市场消费者原料认知情况,为品牌商、原料商开发更优质控糖产品和复合高效原料提供借鉴意义。Diabetes,as one of the four non-infectious diseases,has a long course of disease and is affected by genetics,physiological,environment and behavioral factors.Clinical medications include Biguanides,α-glycosidase inhibitors,Glinides(repaglinide and nateglinide),etc.,may be a risk of liver damage.Compared with drugs,functional foods are widely accepted by consumers because of their mild efficacy and no adverse reactions.The article collects more than 50 kinds of functional hypoglycemic foods through online and offline pharmacies,and then analyzes their brand names,specifications,origins,ingredients and other information.The products include domestic health foods and foreign cross-border functional foods,involving tablets,powders,capsules and other forms.This study is in order to reveal the current situation of hypoglycemic products and raw materials at home and abroad,and to understand the raw material cognition of Chinese market consumers from the side,so as to provide new ideas for brand owners and raw material suppliers to develop better functional foods for glycemic control and composite high-efficiency raw materials.
