摘 要:为提高生态冰温无水保活运输驼背鲈的存活率,在生态冰温无水保活运输前对驼背鲈进行中药抗缺氧预处理,通过监测静脉血氧饱和度(VOS)、血细胞指数和生化指标,获得最优预处理参数。并进一步研究中药抗缺氧预处理对驼背鲈生态冰温无水保活运输存活率的影响以及预处理运输对驼背鲈肉质的影响。试验结果表明,养殖温度为18℃,中药抗缺氧剂质量浓度为60 mg/L,处理7 d的驼背鲈表现出最佳的抗缺氧效果,在5℃生态冰温下无水保活模拟运输30 h,所有测试组存活率均为100.00%。此外,试验还发现,使用中药抗缺氧剂进行预处理对生态冰温运输的驼背鲈肉质具有改善作用。这一发现对于提高驼背鲈长时间、长距离的运输存活率具有重要实践意义。To improve the survival rate of Chromileptes altivelis,before ecological ice-warm and water-free transportation,the optimal pretreatment parameters were obtained by monitoring venous oxygen saturation,blood cell index and biochemical indexes,and further investigated the effect of TCM anti-hypoxia pretreatment on the survival rate of ecological ice-free transport and the effect of pretreatment transport on the meat quality.The results showed that the breeding temperature was 18℃,the concentration of TCM anti-hypoxia agent was 60 mg/L,and the Chromileptes altivelis treated for 7 days,which showed the best anti-hypoxia effect for 30 h,and the survival rate of all test groups was 100.00%.In addition,the experiment also found that pretreatment with TCM anti-hypoxic agent improved the meat quality of Chromileptes altivelis transported by ecological ice temperature.This finding has important practical implications for improving transport survival in Chromileptes altivelis.
