摘 要:在乡村振兴的背景下,浙江非遗小吃的传承与活化成为推动地方文化繁荣和经济发展的重要力量。文章以非遗泰顺米粉干为例,分析了泰顺米粉干传承的现状与挑战,包括非遗保护与传承理念有待加强、产品同质化严重等问题,系统提出了强化技艺传承,开展教育普及,走差异化、多元化的发展道路等策略,旨在保护和传承泰顺米粉干的传统技艺和文化内涵,为饮食类非遗传承和活化研究提供一定启发和参考。In the context of rural revitalization,the inheritance and revitalization of Zhejiang’s intangible cultural heritage snacks have become an important force in promoting local cultural prosperity and economic development.Taking the intangible cultural heritage of Taishun rice noodles as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation and challenges of the inheritance of Taishun rice noodles,including the problems such as the need to strengthen the concept of intangible cultural heritage protection and inheritance,and the serious homogenization of products.It systematically proposes strategies such as strengthening the inheritance of skills,carrying out education and popularization,and taking a differentiated and diversified development path,aiming to protect and inherit the traditional skills and cultural connotation of Taishun rice noodles,and to provide some inspiration and reference for the research on the inheritance and activation of food intangible cultural heritage.
