山地齿轨旅游车辆特殊性及顶层指标研究

摘  要:齿轨交通系统通过车辆齿轮与地面齿条啮合驱动,突破了轮轨之间的黏着限制,具有爬坡能力强、绿色环保、运营成本低等优点,是山区环境轨道交通建设的重要方向之一。山地齿轨交通系统在国内尚处于起步阶段,齿轨车辆尚未形成谱系化的技术标准。齿轨车辆与轮轨车辆相比存在较大差异,为明确山地齿轨旅游车辆特殊性及顶层指标,分析山地旅游轨道交通特点,结合国内山地齿轨旅游轨道交通工程项目进展情况,提出车辆在大坡度运行能力、大坡度与缓坡贯通能力、轴重、观光性能等方面的特殊性需求。研究米轨及标准轨在山地旅游轨道交通的适应性,分析轨距对车辆结构、限界以及轨道结构的影响,明确在运量较小的线路中应优先采用米轨形式。提出车宽分别为2.65,2.5 m以及2.3 m的三种谱系化车辆技术指标体系,明确车辆外形尺寸及载客量,提出运能在486~7320人/h范围的列车编组形式。分析齿轨线路特点,提出齿轨旅游车辆的牵引制动性能指标应介于高速铁路车辆与城市轨道交通车辆之间。The rack railway system,driven by the meshing of vehicle gears and ground racks,overcomes the limitations of wheel-rail adhesion and offers advantages such as strong climbing ability,environmental sustainability,and low operational costs.These factors made it a key focus for rail transit construction in mountainous areas.The mountain rack railway system in China is still in its infancy,and technical standards for rack railway vehicles have yet to be fully established.Compared to traditional wheel-rail vehicles,rack railway vehicles exhibit significant differences.In order to clarify the particularity and top-level indicators of mountain rack railway tourism vehicles,this study analyzed the features of mountain tourist rail transportation.Based on the progress of domestic mountain rack railway tourism projects,the study identified specific vehicle requirements in terms of steep-slope operation,transitions between steep and gentle slopes,axle load,and sightseeing performance.The adaptability of meter gauge and standard gauge tracks in mountain tourism railways was studied,particularly how track gauge influences vehicle structure,clearance,and track structure.It was clarified that meter gauge tracks should be prioritized for routes with lower traffic volumes.A technical specification system was proposed,with three standard vehicle widths:2.65 m,2.5 m,and 2.3 m.The corresponding vehicle dimensions and passenger capacities were specified.Train formations were proposed with capacities ranging from 486 to 7320 passengers per hour.Additionally,an analysis of rack railway line characteristics indicated that the traction and braking performance of rack railway tourism vehicles should be between the levels of high-speed railway vehicles and urban rail transit vehicles.
