摘　　要：新医科建设背景下,文章结合地方医学院校办学定位,提出了创新型卓越医学人才培养实现路径。基于专业教育、创新创业教育、开放式教育三个维度融合贯通,从综合性育人平台、育人方式、师资队伍、考评机制等方面进行探讨,形成校园有效有质育人新生态,推进教育改革、科技创新、人才塑造协调统一,为医学院校卓越人才培养提供参考。In the context of the construction of New Medicine,this paper proposed the path to cultivating innovative and excellent medical talents,based on the positioning of local medical colleges.This paper constructs a cultivation model of integrating three dimensions of pr ofessional education,innovation and entrepreneurship education,and open education,then it discusses the model from the aspects of comprehensive education platform,education methods,teaching staff,and evaluation mechanism.These efforts aim to establish new ecology of effective and quality education on campus,and promote the coordination and unity of education reform,scientific and technological innovation,and talent cultivation,providing a reference for the cultivation of outstanding medical talents.
