摘　　要：辅导员是开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,是高校学生日常思想政治教育和管理工作的组织者、实施者、指导者。高校进行辅导员队伍专业化职业化建设,有助于提高教育管理水平,促进学生成长成才。文章全面梳理高校辅导员队伍建设中存在的挑战,并在此基础上提出加大储备力度、优化考核办法、拓宽培训渠道等针对性的优化措施,进而为推动高校辅导员队伍专业化职业化建设提供参考与借鉴。Counselors are the backbone of carrying out ideological and political education for college students,and are the organizers,implementers,and guides of daily ideological and political education and management work for college students.The professionalization and professionalization of the counselor team in universities can help improve the level of educational management and promote the growth and development of students.The article comprehensively summarizes the challenges in the construction of the college counselor team,and proposes targeted optimization measures such as increasing reserve strength,optimizing assessment methods,and expanding training channels based on this,in order to provide reference and inspiration for promoting the professionalization and professionalization of the college counselor team.
