“新医科”背景下探究式导向结合CBL应用于地中海贫血检验实习教学

摘  要:根据医学检验本科生教学大纲培养要求和地中海贫血(简称地贫)课程的特点,在“新医科”理念的指导下,通过修订课程教学大纲文件,推行以“学生”为中心、采用“案例+问题”导向的混合式教学模式,以更好地适应当今医学教育的需求。这不仅使得“地贫”这一章节的教学更贴合现实,同时为血液学遗传课程的教学改革提供了有价值的参考经验。在教学中,注重引导学生采用探究式导向的方法,以思维导图的方式指导学生了解有关地贫检验方法及其预防等,引导其更深入地理解相关知识。其中重点分析地贫的发病风险,尤其群体中携带者及其配偶基因型涉及产前诊断的必要性。这种方法旨在培养学生的探索精神,提高科研素养,同时促进人文思维的发展。这对未来从事地贫遗传咨询工作,提高人口素质和生存质量具有重要意义。此外,有助于加强医学人才队伍的建设,提升医疗卫生服务水平,为整个医疗领域做出积极的贡献。To align with the educational goals outlined in the medical laboratory undergraduate teaching syllabus and the unique aspects of the thalassemia course,we have adopted the"new medical science"paradigm.Through revisions of the course syllabus documents,we have advocated for a hybrid teaching model that centers around students,combining the"case-based teaching method"with the"problem-based teaching method".This innovative model has been designed to better align with the evolving needs of modern medical education.This reform not only makes the instruction of the"thalassemia"chapter more realistic but also serves as a valuable reference experience for the ongoing teaching reforms in hematology ge-netics courses.In teaching,our emphasis is on guiding students toward an inquiry-oriented approach,using the integration of mind mapping techniques guides students in understanding the testing methods and prevention of thalassemia,facilitating a deeper comprehension of relevant knowledge.It is important to analyze the risk of thalassemia,especially the genotype of carriers and their spouses,which involves the necessity of prenatal diagnosis.This method seeks to instill an exploratory spirit in students,enhance their scientific research literacy,and foster the development of humanistic thinking.This approach holds immense significance for the prospective practice of thalassemia genetic counseling,contributing substantially to the im-provement of population quality and overall quality of life.Furthermore,it plays a pivotal role in fortifying the construction of the medical talent pool,elevating the standards of medical and health services,and making positive contributions to the broader landscape of the medical field.
